Been a while since im on unpaid leave.. been rotting at home and trying not to overspend.. eating into my savings man, but the spending habits just dun change.. everyday spend a bit, end up spent a lot in a month..
My mum keep telling me I should save up since I going to start renovating my flat and settling down... yeah! Im settling down.. finally haha and I got my flat liao! Now just settling all those loans and stuff and waiting to collect my keys.
Even though its in Jurong West(supposingly nobody want, which is rubbish), and 2nd floor, I still like it and its near MRT and stadium (though i seldom go) and most imptly, just 5 mins walk from my parents.
Guess the hassle and hussle of doing all the admin work and preparation work are tedious,like applying for loans, sourcing for Interior design and contractors, and most imptly ROMing!
Guess it will be worth it once u step into ur lovenest!
CFA exams is coming in 10 days time and alamak Im still at book 1. Jialat man. Super not motivated to study. I must buck up for the next 10 days. At least dun fail so badly. Wahahaha.
And straight after that, I will be back at my old work place.. dunno whether its a good or bad thing. Praying for everything to be smooth sailing for me.. i hope so.

Owe pple money, sms him dun reply, call him no answer... feel like it then just sms and say" Im very tight this few months, will return u asap." I replied back and heard nothing from him again. F***ing irresponsible bastard... got money to gamble, got money to fly to australia to chase back gf, got money to afford a car and stay condo, no money to return debts. WTF!!!!!!! Curse u every blardy damn day! I m damn damn damn pissed. Better dun let me see u on the street...
